 Two 120,000 m3 liquefied natural gas storage tanks ; membrane type.Tank equipment :
 . Internal and external piping network.
 . Submerged cryogenic pumps.
 . Control and security systems.
 . Instrumentation.

This project covered the first two storage tanks of the Montoir-de-Bretagne LNG receiving terminal. The LNG is stored at -162°C temperature, at atmosphere pressure. The two tanks are membrane-type, including :

 . A 55-m high, 0.9-m thick and 65-m diameter prestressed concrete tank.
 . A rigid PVC-foam internal insulation transmitting liquid pressure to concrete tank.
 . A 1.2-mm thick gas-tight stainless steel corrugated membrane (Technigaz license), with a 11,500-m2 surface.
